Clay Pot Fairy Garden....

I cut a piece of styrofoam into a circle and placed it inside the pot.
I didn't need to fill the clay pot full of soil since no real flowers would be planted in the pot. This makes the clay pot weigh so much less than it would if filled with soil. Perfect for using as a indoor display on a piece of furniture.
I used a stepping stone that fit perfectly in the clay pot.
I placed artificial moss around the edges and back of the clay pot leaving the front open.
I set a metal trellis, a fairy and two bottle brush trees in the back of the pot.
I placed metal fencing, a bird house, artificial and resin flowers around the edges and top of the stepping stone.
I think the fun part of fairy gardening is placing the fairies and other miniature items to complete the fairy garden scene.
This clay pot fairy garden was a fun project!

Love it! I love the idea of the stepping stone & adding the moss to the sides. I have to try this since I wanted to add artificial plants & perhaps hot gluing the furniture & deco, this is perfect. Thank you for sharing!
