Holiday Bunting Kid Craft

Back in the fall we were lucky enough to baby sit the grandkids while our daughter worked with Habitat. Keeping them busy with crafts was quite fun :) Here is our Winter Holiday Garland!
Grab some images from google (we used a tree, stocking, gingerbread man and snowman), some glue (we used craft glue), yarn, fabric paint, sprarkles, etc.
Cut the shapes from the felt - I cut the shapes two sided over a fold of the felt, gluing them together and leaving an opening at the top to run the cord through for hanging. Next Decorate! Rami loved putting glue all over and then adding tons of glittery things.
Bob alternated between finger painting, fabric paint dots and sequins.
The 'ornaments' ended up pretty cute! We had a wide variety of images added and they were all fun!
When dry, slide the felt shapes over the cord and hang as a bunting or add to the Christmas tree! This was a fun craft and pretty easy for the kids. Use other shapes for other holidays!
