French Style Re-purposed Bike Basket
I've come across several of these wicker bike baskets at the thrift store lately. I knew they could easily be a door or wall hung basket so that's what I did. I changed the color a bit to a grayish, weathered look using gray primer and gesso.Then I printed a French image from The Graphics Fairy onto fabric, coffee dyed it and glued it to the front. All I needed was a piece of wire to make a hanger for the back and some dried hydrangeas! Voila!!
