Empty the fountain and put white vinegar in allowing enough time to remove the calcium.Your patio can be cleaned with a masonry cleaner.

Vinegar and water. Let it sit for about an hour or two and clean with a sponge. Works great.

as the above said use Vinegar. it is a natural product with no health risks to you or to the environment. some say vinegar & water, but my experience has shown that vinegar works just fine(if not better) without the water. pour it in or on, let it sit for about an hour, then try wiping it off, if you need a scraper, use a plastic one(a CHEAP plastic one) so you do not mar the finish

I use vinegar to clean EVERYTHING in & around the house... even the toilet. to clean the toilet, spray all surfaces you can reach, then let sit for about 20 minutes, then scrub as usual. follow that with 1 or 2 denture tabs in the tank. you done!

pressure washing and stiff bristle brush should do the trick. Pavers can be sealed to help prevent this issue.
