Handmade Grapevine Tree

4 Materials
I've been doing a lot of project outside this summer. Pine trees have been trimmed up and brush burned, 15 bags + bags of mulch added to gardens between the front and back.
This project all started when my neighbor wanted the wild grapevine between our houses cut down.. I really liked it, but it wasn't something i cared about. I didn't use the grapes, I thought it was a pretty focal point on a boring corner of the yard.
I had a small spot in my back landscaping that needed something, so I started cutting down the grapevine that I had access to and started wrapping it around the tomato cage... I forgot to take pictures when I started the project, but here's what I did.. I started at the bottom and started weaving pieces of grapevine in the tomato cage until i was satisfied with how it looked.
I didn't stake the tomato cage down in the garden and I was afraid of Cassius (my dog) knocking it over and stepping on the top metal section , so I added twine to the top and a small burlap bow.. I'm still trying to figure out if I should add something else.

Next I found some really cute solar lights and wrapped it around.. I found these on ebay.. They have a on/off switch and two different modes :)

My dog woke me up in the middle of the night and they were still on .. I had them on the blinking mode... Nothing like walking in the grass in the middle of the night to turn off your solar lights :)

If you have suggestions to add to the top I would love feedback.

Cuteness, it must look stunning at night. If you've got any grape vine left you could make a woven star for the top?

I have made several of grapevine trees I use wire to secure the vine and make it very compact so you don't see the cage frame. I use all different size vine stems. Get them when they bend easily, if old they will snap , so don't use. Also the vines can be refreshed by wetting/or soaking They are in big demand here and are used for Christmas trees with the small lights inside or out. A lot of people use insude and change the decorations with the season
