Creative Ways To Use Wallpaper

Do you have leftover rolls of wallpaper or love to pick up vintage wallpaper at flea markets and yard sales? I'm sharing some ways to use it besides the obvious!
I love to collect vintage wallpaper and have had lots of luck finding rolls at flea markets and yard sales. There are so many ways to use it besides covering a wall and I'm sharing some easy and fun projects here on HomeTalk in this post.
I found an old wooden painter's ladder that was covered in drips of paint and had lots of rust, and thought that I'd spruce it up for use as a plant stand. First I sanded it down to remove bumps of old paint and dry brushed it with some leftover pale blue wall paint. Once dry I simply tore pieces of leftover wallpaper from a project and decoupaged them on and sealed.
For this project I took some apothecary jars and covered them with strips of vintage floral wallpaper. They are in my craft room now used to hold my supply of glitter. Once again I used a simple decoupage technique with a favorite product from the craft store and sealed the paper with it as well.
I've covered the back part of a picture frame with vintage wallpaper, but before I did that, I added a piece of magnetic paper cut to size. For more detailed instructions on this and my other HomeTalk projects I encourage you to visit my blog Shabbyfufu that is linked below.
