These bins are huge and hard to pull

I hid my trash bins with two sections of fencing.  I had help hammering in those green metal stakes and then screwed through those into the horizontal supports that hold the pickets together on the fence.  The two sections of fence are parallel to each other so my neighbor doesn't have to look at the trash cans either.  I put the fence pieces at an angle between our garages so you can't see in when you drive up the driveway. The vines help it blend in.

I feel your pain! We have the same ugly cans that weigh a ton! Part of my solution was to call our parish gov to get permission for 3 cans. When the weight is distributed it's much easier to haul down my 150' driveway!😳
When we had to replace our fence a few years back, I asked for a 'pony wall' in order to hide what I call the 'port-a-potty' blue monstrosities.  The most expensive part of the project was paying a concrete contractor to drill post holes in the driveway.
It looks like you may be able to do something similar to the left of your garage. Maybe this an jump start a idea to something that'll work on your property. Good luck!

What about lining them up on the left side of the drive way and placing one of those new bamboo looking fences around them.  Someone in my town did this inside their shop.  They just hammered a 'T' shaped piece of wood onto it every couple of feet.  The bottom of the T is on the ground and keeps it from falling over, the top is fastened to the bamboo fence.  If you are interested, let me know, and I'll try to send you a picture.

I used a beautiful wood headboard, I bought a a yard sale to ' hide' my huge garbage& recycle bins. I had to clear the area, to the left of my gate, as suggested. Leveled it and dug 2 troughs: one for a railroad tie, I had in the backyard, one to anchor headboard in
with sand, dirt and rooty ferns and purple iris.  Once plants fill in, bye-bye ugly cans!

As beautiful as this idea is I find 2 'issues'.

1) You must walk each bag of trash down to the street each time you fill a bag - where I have it now, I fill the bin, then wheel it down on pick-up day. (Spring/Summer is not a problem, but Fall/Winter is the worst with the cold and ice)

2) The pick-up crew just toss them back towards the property line and leave them out to get hit by oncoming vehicles.
