Years ago I made some clay from used coffee grounds (found recipe in a book for children). Can't remember the name of book or what went into the recipe. Used to make treasure rocks for BD party. Hide them around yard, children find them, break them open and get the goodies from inside. Girl party, so rings and beads necklaces inside.

Coffee Clay Air Dry Recipe To make air-dry clay you’ll need 2 cups of damp coffee grounds, 1 cup of cold coffee, 2 cups of all-purpose flour, and 1 cup of salt. You’ll also need wax paper, a large mixing bowl, a container with a tight-fitting lid for storing leftover clay, a knife, and items such as empty cans and cookie cutters to cut out shapes, and string or ribbon for hanging the finished clay projects. Alternately the finished pieces can be displayed on a small easel or plate stand. (After the item is completely dry, I would seal it with a water base acrylic sealer to preserve it)
