What to Do With Old Plates

I finally came around using my DecoArt Glass Paint Markers and I am in LOVE with the results which are just like real Glass paints. Since it’s in a marker form it is even more easier to design as you please.
You can see how the paint isn’t completely filled in and the lines are not that straight because that is what I wanted.I wanted it to be a not so perfect little plate in which I could keep my rings and jewllery.
So without any plan I just started designing what came to my mind.
Initially I was just going to go around the rim of the plate and call it a day but these markers are just so addictive.

I couldn’t stop myself!

The triangles I alternated between violet and blue and then I filled in the complete plate with turquoise.

I gave it a full day to dry and then the next day I baked the plate to permanently seal the colors.
This one was a real quick DIY project.
