360 Sod (Donna Dixson) on Jul 24, 2013Do the leaves have spots on them before they turn brown? Are they in a container or in the ground? Are you watering consistently?Helpful Reply

Bonnie Bassett on Jul 24, 2013they are in the ground I am always afraid of over watering we did have an awful heat wave 90 degrees + for a week with no rain I did water them more frequently but maybe not enough. to answer your first question I am not sure , they turned a yellow brown kind of spotted and I have a yellow tomato plant that has hardly any leaves and the ones it doesa have are turning yellow and brown and dying so I keep taking them off but it is producing tomatoesHelpful Reply

360 Sod (Donna Dixson) on Jul 24, 2013I think if it were my tomatoes I would keep watering with consistency and give them some fertilizer. There are plenty of brands out there that are specifically designed for feeding tomatoes.Helpful Reply
