It is a macrophylla (lacecap), but it will be difficult to ID the exact cultivar. Maybe a Blue Billow? Do you know how old the plant is and how tall it gets?

in new zealand we call it a lace hydrangea,we have white,blue and pink ,i have some at home
Yes, it's a lace cap hydrangea. You can cut starts and use something like Root Tone and I grow them in pots. Easy. I have the blue and the white.
