Pool deck

have a pool deck that is covered w/chattanooga colored stone, installed about 15 yrs ago. Took care of it by sealing every yr, but the stones are coming off making it hard to walk on, plus the color has faded. Anything product out there that I can put over w/o have to remove this stone 1st

If the stone are coming loose a simple "covering" will not prevent them from continuing to do so. You need to focus your efforts on the cause, not the symptoms. Reattaching the loose stone and regrouting would be my approach.
