How can I install wood 'brick' paneling temporarily?

I live in an apartment and I would love to have a brick accent wall in the living room. Temporary wall paper is too expensive for the amount of wall area I want to cover. Any ideas?

if it is not bigger that a 4x8 sheet of luan you could make the brick on the luan and screw it to the wall but you would have to patch the wall when you move.

Buy some peal and stick tiles that resemble brick and put them on a piece of plywood.

There is a window caulking that is used to temporarily seal windows in the winter and then you just peel it off in the spring. I am wondering if that would work to attach your "brick" to the wall.

Try removable wall paper that you can paint to look like brick, or there may be some that look like bricks.

After painting the wall the mortar color and let dry, cut a few sponges into brick shapes , Using 4-5 brick colors, stamp brick shapes on the wall using a level to mark straight lines. I did this on my porch floor and it looked so real.

Here's my "brick wall" that I painted on our little half wall coming into the kitchen. I used a piece of baseboard trim held up with push pins to draw horizontal lines. I used four different sample sizes of satin based brick colors, and another sample size of flat gray mortar color. Then, you can always just paint over it.

Use furring strips on your wall for the panels to attach to. The use double sided tape or even velcro to attach the panels to the furring strips. Using fine nails or brads on the furging strips makes removing the fairless easily and the holes are easily filled with spackle when you take them sown.
