I use pure " cleaning vinegar" that comes only in a gallon size. It is not the same as vinegar you use for cooking. ( not sure ,but it says CLEANING vinegar) I put it straight into a squirt bottle and spray the stain and then blot it up. The smell of vinegar goes away as it dries. The order and stain will disappear . But it will not stop them animals from going back to the same spot to pee again. (Growl) LOL
