Something to do with an excess of rubber bands

I get my newspaper in a plastic sleeve with a rubber band around it. I can recycle the sleeve. But want something creative to do with the rubber bands.

I keep them in a drawer in my closet, and after I've worn a top or blouse, I put a rubber band over the hanger hook and hang it back up. After I have 2 or 3 on the hanger I know to wash the top after the next wearing.

fun for tie dye projects. i used to make balls out of them for my cats.

After closing the tops of bags of frozen vegetables, etc. instead of using clips I use rubber bands around them

I use them to keep snack and cereal bags closed. The bands work better than paperclips because they don't pop off if the bag is some what full.

I WAIT TILL I GET A BAG FULL OF THE NEWSPAPER RUBBER BANDS AND I GIVE THEM BACK TO THE NEWSPPER MAN.. HE HS TO BUY THEM AND I DO NOT USE THEM, SO I GIVE THEM BACK....IT IS JUST COMMON SENSE......
