can anyone tell me what kind of plant this is?

My favorite little flower, comes up every year, seems to spread slowly, beautiful blue flowers. About a foot tall.

I thought it looked like Vinca Vine with solid colored leaves. I have some in my yard where the flowers look the same, but I have variegated leaves ... learned something new ... LOL
