Bicycle Wheel Wonderfulness!

In our town is a shop called For The Birds, owned by Lisa Gatz. A local craftswoman,(not there to answer questions) makes these bicycle wheel spinners and they are a little different than others we have seen.

Bud Light bottles and (I don't know who makes the green), and I don't know if you can see, but on the outer rims are flat jewels of the same color. I thought they were brilliant and would like to know how they secured the bottles between the spokes!!
First find an old bike wheel...this one was found at a shop in Oakhurst, CA
How did they attach these bottles to the bike rims? Does anyone know?
Looks good in all blue!

You drill hole in bottom of bottle--take loose the needed spoke--put bottle over spoke and then retighten spoke. Voile'--garden bottle spinner
