Finished Basement in Sergeant Bluff - Bedroom, Family Room & Play Room
To provide the care that his father needs after being diagnosed with dementia, Brad moved into his father’s home, but the house wasn't big enough for Brad, his father, and Brad’s daughter. Brad wanted a bedroom and bathroom for his daughter and a nice area to spend some time with her.
This is the brand new basement family room, Brad can now enjoy and use to spend some quality time with this daughter.
The new bedroom has an egress window to provide a safe escape route in case of emergency, and bring some much needed daylight into the bedroom.
Brad's daughter now has her own play area.
A bathroom complements the basement finishing project.
