What is this plant?

This is a perennial in my zone 7 b garden. I moved it this year and divided it but somehow lost the plant tag.
Anyone know what it is? It is flowering now and has been for many weeks.

A type of salvia, not quite sure of the variety. Possibly a Black and Blue, maybe.

It's a salvia but not a "black and blue" (they have a black calyx). It is most likely some variety of Salvia quaranitica, but not "black and blue".
