I can see it as a bar cart or kitchen island, also. In addition, depending on what she has in her entryway or bathroom, she could also use it as a storage accent piece. Towels, soaps, etc. could be placed on top and the bottom shelves, and the drawers can do the same. Finally, I could see it in a bedroom as a vanity cart. Place stuff like perfumes, jewelry holder, and other accessories on the top, and a box on the bottom that can hold items such as purses. Good luck and have fun!
Perfect potting stand for any gardener. Or a welcoming potted plant stand by the front door, plant the bottom drawer, perhaps a sign that reads "Parcels" hanging over the bottom shelf for the mail carrier.
I see it as using it indoors as an industrial piece. But colour and hardware completely overhauled so your friends wouldn't believe what it used to be! 😁 Maybe shiny black with silver trim or a bronze with copper or brushed nickel. Could put a wooden block on top and use it in the kitchen or in the living room, not necessarily as a bar cart but redone so it is a conversation piece all by itself. Hope it help a little.
I'd use it as a potting / gardening cart. (Put wood in the top area & bottom areas.) Put gardening gloves and tools in the drawers. It would be fun to paint in bright, cheerful colors!
outdoor mini bar for patio entertainment. drinks in tub below drawers for napkins, paper plates, etc. smores bar on top. bottle opener on the end opposite the drawers and definetely chalk paint the sides for welcoming friends.

First thing I see is a barbecue cart!
Small kitchen island is my view for this repurposing. Or a bar cart.
Bar cart for outside or a planting cart.

Be sure to let us see the finished project, whatever you decide! ☺️ I see it painted white for some reason.

Thanks all for your ideas!
Drink or serving station. Adorable planted.
how about a movable island for the kitchen? just add a large piece of wood for the top.
