A lot of DIY laundry detergents are actually soap and end up building up on your clothes. This version is a detergent and leaves behind no build up, making it safe for cloth diapers, better on your clothes and even helps prevent mold growth in your washer!
Making your own laundry detergent my seem time consuming but this recipe is super easy and has just a handful of easy to follow steps.
First you need your ingredients, this part is very simple! All you need is soap nuts and water.
Simply boil the soap nuts in water for about an hour and you will have safe and natural laundry detergent.
Once it's all done simply pour into a clean bottle and start using it!

That is amazing. How much do you use per load? Are the soap nuts hard to get? How expensive are they?
