As much as I want to say this was a simple project, it wasn't! In my argument to convince my hubby to build this with me, I explained how easy it was going to be: "But all you have to do is build the frame and I'll paint!!" Yeah... my bad. Maybe it was the 105 degree heat that got to us, but either way, it was harder than we thought.
I would normally write up a detailed step-by-step on how to create this for yourself, but honestly, my husband and I used the DIY Network's tutorial and I would totally recommend it. They explain it MUCH better than I ever could. I have listed the tools and materials needed below, and the DIY Network's tutorial can be found HERE.
