Simply use inexpensive shelf units, the plastic type that has open grid-like tops. Stack as you like, and you can custom cut the support legs to set the height you desire. One or two units will allow for storage, shelf storage, and more. Better still, you can hose it all off with no damage to the unit. The shelf units are only about two feet deep, and three to four feet long. You can cut out a section for a drop in dishwashing tub for soil. Hooks can hang on open grid to hang tools, and you can even use the extra shelves for a place to insert the handles of yard tools.

I used an old discarded Barbecue table/trolley, removed the cooking plate and installed a stainless sink with a couple of timber infill bits. My handy husband then fitted the waste with a flexible pipe to recycle  any excess soil or water back again. 
This also serves as a great drinks trolley for parties. ChrissE  MelbourneAU

My husband made mine out of an old gas grill frame. After removing the old grill works he added treated wood to make a table top with a handle ohent  and a shelf at the bottom .The old grill had two wheels on one end which makes it easier to move  around
