I need curtain ideas for a rental

The owner does not want screws (curtain rods) and I've been using those Command stick ups. That turns into a pain after awhile because the rods drop, and so you have to keep measuring and hanging. Need suggestions. Thanks!

    Try using Tension rods.

If your windows have trim around them you can use these. https://www.amazon.com/Sierra-Tools-JT1851-Cu...

I see the question has already been answered. Additionally, if you are using very sheer, lightweight curtains, a nail can support a thin bamboo pole that can serve as a rod. If you are going for a more traditional look, this won't work, but maybe two thin metal rods could work, again, supported just by a nail. The curtains will fit quite close to the wall, but most people won't notice. When you move out, put some white toothpaste in the nail hole if the wall is white as most rentals are. If the wall is beige, use instant coffee to color the toothpaste to the same color as the wall. The nail should be at an acute angle. less than 45 degrees, to the wall.
