American (Virginia) Beautybush (Callicarpa Americana)
I just love this VA native and its bright purple berries. I am so delighted I had berries after transplanting this summer.

I love it also but it has taken over my yard--there are bushes growing everywhere (including up into and under my vinyl siding.
