My husband was staining a piece of furniture and knocked over the walnut stain on our cement driveway. Any suggestions on how to remove his mess?

Try using Simple green for concrete available at Home Depot.

Go to an auto parts store and pick up some solvent and rice ash. The solvent will raise the stain and the rice ash will bleach the concrete. Works like gang busters. Auto shops have been using it for 40 plus years.

First try nail polish remover with acetone in it - removes paint, adhesive, and polyurethane!

My go-to product for removing stain and paint from my concrete floor in my work space is Goof Off. I buy it at Lowes. Pour it on the stain, then scrub with a natural bristle brush. May take two tries but it will remove the offending stain. Good luck.
