Pringles Can Scarecrow

Easy
Using just a Pringles can, scrapbooking cardstock and a little raffia, I made a sweet scarecrow perfect for fall decor.
This sweet Scarecrow helps dress up my kitchen for fall.
I used an empty Pringles can as the base of my scarecrow
Chose what colors you would like your scarecrow to wear and attach them to your can with a little bit of glue or tape.
Add details to your scarecrow by adding patches, and Overall straps using scraps of paper.
The arms are just thin strips of paper. To attach them to the can, fold over about a half inch to make a tab, and glue in place.
Since hats don't fit well on flat heads, tape a small ball of newspaper to the top of can. It will be hidden under the hat but it will give the hate dimension.
Using a small piece of rope tie on a paper circle a couple of inches bigger than the can to make the hat.
Definitely looking more cute than scary! Add more details if desired, and then find a place to enjoy him. If you would like to see more scarecrow ideas, it is Scarecrow Party week on the my blog PamsPartyandPracticalTips.com

I have a big collection of Crystal Light plastic cans that could be used for this project too.
