Leaking shower stall

I have a small tiled shower stall that leaks occasionally. I had the shower pan and the lower two courses of tiles replaced. Then I removed all the silicone caulk at the bottom. Problem still remains. The grout is in very good shape. 3 plumbers have looked at it and cannot figure out the problem. Is there a waterproof sealer I can put over the existing grout? Or can I just add more grout to the tiles without going to the work of removing it all? As I said, it is in good shape. Water is not coming from the floor section or the drain. I've filled that with water and no leak below.
Your guidance so appreciated.

I am confused as to where it is leaking to. Also why is it 'occasional? I might suggest you 'mask off' various areas of the stall with plastic and duct tape then force the issue and see if you cannot locate the specific area it is leaking into before going whole hog. Also, are yous sure it is not at faucets or on the base or outside of the door?

Was plumbers tape used on your shower head connection? I bought a house once only to discover that when the shower was on the water oozed out this connection hugging itself to the pipe and back inside the wall where it continued to follow the pipe and spread out under the floor lino and into the master bedroom closet. Took off shower head and found there was no plumbers tape, taped and screwed the shower head back on. Bob's your uncle never leaked again.

Had the same problem. Had to regrout the corner seams from top to bottom and reseal behind the faucet and knob plates.

Thanks for answering. I think I'll try that first before going through an entire regrouting. Did you just add grout in those seams or use silicone? Did you remove the old grout first?
