I guess it depends on what piece of the vinyl blind it is. You could always write to the manufacture for a replacement part.

Many times vinyl blinds have additional slats in them.Unless the blind sits directly in the position you need, check to see if one can be removed.

What is broken on it? The strings sometimes fray and break, the pullies lose teeth, the slats can buckle. Buy a new blind!

Well our cat loves to sit on the window sill and look outside so the lower half of almost all our blinds are broken in half 😄 for a quick fix before company comes over I've taped the 2 pieces together lol but there is a process where you can take the little caps off the very bottom and untie the strings then remove each piece til you get to the broken one. Honestly, it's pretty tedious and not worth it to me because you can usually get a whole new blind for $5.00 sometimes even less. Unless of course you have a larger window or even a custom made blind. But I'm sure there are a million tutorials on YouTube that will show you step by step how to replace the slats. Good luck! 😊

If the blind is a vertical you can purchase new veins at most Home Hardware stores.

if it's a vertical blind and the part broken is where the blind attaches at the top exchange a few blinds so the effected blind is on the less noticeable end turn upside down and use a razor knife and carefully carve out a new hole
