DIY Cottage Closet Door Makeover

We have a hall closet that used to have ugly, brown bi-fold doors. I bought some used hollow core doors {not bi-fold} at a Habitat Restore, and turned them into beautiful cottage style doors!

    Couldn't you glue the bi fold doors together for the base?

      I was wondering the same thing. May give that a try first, before building new doors.

    did you use bead board or did you paint the lines? I have sliding core doors and wonder if I could get the look by applying all paint instead of wood.
