Scary tree is made entirely out of paper and burlap. There is old propane tank as bottom weight to keep from falling over in heavy wind!
Started with trash bag full of leaves from yard for head.
Used shipping box and newspaper starched to attach head to cono tube from hardware store.
Hot glue burlap to tube.
Extra paint from restore brown green and painted with brush.
Love Hometalking.
Added tree limbs from fall tree clean up and painted with glow in dark paint. Also put tea lights in teeth and mouth and have not lit him up for halloween yet!
Suggested materials:

Just thought I would share a little something about this guys spring time fun! He is now home to a carpenter bee queen! Going to have to move her to some other home with caution. No beehives in the scary tree!
