Flagstone Patio Installation

The Flagstone Patio installation was just completed. One of the many phases of work we’ve done on this property. After a few renovations to the house Pontz was called back in to complete another phase of work. (the Homeowner) installed a new sliding glass was previously a brick wall. A lower level basement basement entrance was relocated and the previous entrance was filled in. The basement fill set part of the foundation for what would be a new flagstone patio area. New stone steps were set at both newly installed doorways to the home. We then installed the new flagstone patio area. Pontz has completed multiple phases of work on this property including, flagstone walkways, addition patio’s, boulder retaining walls, and front entrance landscaping complete with landscape lighting and a bubbling fountain urn
