DIY Spooky Halloween Wreath – Eerily Easy!

I've been on a roll with Halloween lately, sharing lots of fun and tasty Halloween treats. So today I decided to share a fun and slightly creepy craft, a DIY Halloween Wreath!
This Halloween wreath is very easy to make and inexpensive, too. Aside from the ribbon and paints which I already had from last Halloween, I found everything I needed at my local dollar store. Even if I had had to buy the ribbon and paints, my cost would still have been $20 or less!
The supplies for this Halloween wreath include:

- 10" foam wreath form

- a wire spider web

- a roll of Halloween ribbon (at least 10 yards)

- 2 plastic glittered spiders

- 1 glitter skull

- 1 inch wood scrapbooking letters to spell the word 'spooky'

- white craft paint

- black craft paint

- black spray paint

- a small paint brush

- a small foam paint brush

- hot glue gun and glue sticks
First I spray painted the wreath form black, and painted the letters white. Once the letters were dry, I added a few dabs of black paint using a sponge brush.
Next, I wrapped the wreath form with the Halloween ribbon, taking care to overlap the edges slightly.
I then used hot glue to attach the spider web to the back side of the wreath. From there I attached the letters, the spiders and the skull.
The entire project took less than an hour to make (excluding the time for the paint to dry), and it will last for years! For more pictures and step-by-step instructions, head over to the Bullock's Buzz blog!
