DIY Rotating Tray

We have all heard of a Lazy Susan - that rotating tray that makes the most use of cramped space in a cabinet. Did you know that you could make your own Lazy Susan using supplies you might already have in your house?! The best part? This DIY version is a lot cheaper- and cuter - than store bought models!
Almost all of the supplies can be purchased from the dollar store. You will need a big bag of marbles for this project. You will also need two round baking pans that nest into each other. I also used some cork pads to place on the bottom of the pan to keep it from scratching or sliding on the table.
This was a really simple project. I love how many ways you can personalize this project. I placed three cork pads on the bottom pan.
Adding decorative elements to DIY projects is always my fave part! I added washi tape all around the baking pan for a fun decorative touch. I then trimmed off any excess. The finished product looks so neat and adorable!

Maybe....I would line the bottom pan with felt material before placing the marbles in. I would then glue felt material on the underside of the top pan to keep it from being so loud... just my thoughts.........
