OLD TIME CHICKEN COOP

My hubby and I raise "Silky Chickens", so when we decided to build them a new coop, the appropriate name was "SILKY SPURS SALOON". We are having a great time creating our chicken coop which will soon be finished and ready for the Winter Season in Ohio
We think the Silky Chickens will love their new home : )

We nailed everything down inside the chicken coop. The nesting boxes are under the bar top.

We took an old shutter, cut it in half and attached it to an old door, to give the appearance of swinging saloon doors.

Since we raise SILKY CHICKENS, we had to name our Saloon, "Silky Spurs Saloon" lol

Wow! I love that you had so much fun making this personalized coop / saloon for your silkies.

I just bet the chickens have great names too!
