DIY Pickle Jar Vase

You know the old saying that necessity is the Mother of invention. Well a few weeks ago that is exactly what happened in my home.
My daughter asked me to bring a bouquet of flowers from my gardens to my granddaughters Birthday tea party.
I did not have a vase handy.


No vase-no problem! How about a good old fashion pickle jar turned into a gorgeous vase with some ribbon, faux flower and a butterfly!
This is the easiest DIY project ever, a clean jar with paper labels removed, some hot glue, ribbon and embellishments transform humdrum into beautiful.
Simply cut ribbon to fit the size of the jar, attach ribbon with hot glue to the glass jar.


Add your favorite embellishments and flowers and you are set!
