Picked up this free high top table and five chairs some time back and just wasn't sure what I wanted to do.
I started by sanding but leaving a lot of the finish on to give it a rustic look
I drew on my sunflower to the table top.
I stained the sunflower and sealed the entire piece with wipe on poly.

    Did you have any problems with the stain bleeding into the unstained parts of the sunflower? If so, what did you do? It's absolutely beautiful!
