Mudroom Remodel From Pass-through to Fab!

A few months ago, a friend asked us to help her install a new back door. Well, that sure got the ball rolling! :) We ended up helping her completely revamp her blank canvas of a room to a warm and cozy mudroom and pantry. New flooring, new window, new ceiling, new everything. The best part is that she loves it!!
The mudroom is complete!
She still needs to paint and add hooks to the shelf, but it's looking great!
This is where we started--well almost, I forgot to take a picture of the old door before we removed it.
Adding framing, insulation and a pine tongue and groove ceiling.
New ceiling, new door, new light fixture.
New tile
Pretty door with the sun hitting the glass.
Lots of pantry shelves!
A place for everything she needs in her pantry.
There were some requests for more "before" pictures. Although we didn't take a lot of them, here's the area under the window.
Here is the ceiling after we added the supports, but before the insulation and tongue and groove.
Here is the pantry after the new ceiling was put in along with a new light fixture. This is before the shelves were installed.
