Painting an Office Front Door

Before. Over 20 years old, see rusted door handles
I took one door handle off - spray painted that. I left one on, taped around it and very carefully spray painted it. I taped around hinges and spray painted, which was ok. End opinion - remove and spray paint!
Finished!
Finished! Primer first, then spray paint.
