Using repositionable adhesive-backed vinyl for craft cutters, you can make custom wall decals in almost any shape or color. I love this rental-friendly decor option so much I've used it twice in our rental home for feature walls.
This is my twins' bedroom. We went with a coastal cool theme, and I needed to fill the feature wall with something inexpensive and temporary.
Enter: repositionable adhesive-backed vinyl for craft cutters. It comes in a ton of colors, and it fit my budget.
Don't worry if you don't have a craft cutter (I did not use one for this project) . There are grid lines on the paper on the back of the vinyl. This came in really handy when I cut out all of those triangles.
In the bedroom, I did triangle decals in a pattern with four colors (dark blue, medium blue, light blue, and white)...
...and in their play closet (yes, it's a closet) I did cloud decals in the same colors, since I had vinyl from the bedroom leftover. Like I said, I did NOT use a craft cutter. Just a cloud template, a thin Sharpie, a pair of scissors, and a couple of hours on the couch with a good movie!

Here is the (affiliate link) exact repositionable vinyl that I used for both of these decal feature walls. Like I said, there are a ton of color options to choose from.
