Wreaths are one of the those things that are gorgeous, especially during the holiday, but can get really expensive. I myself am a huge wreath fan.
As I was picking up paint at Home Depot one day, I glanced at the paint sticks and thought, "Hmm....wreath???" I snagged a few extra (Oh, Home Depot, please don't hate me), and with the help of hot glue and evergreen branches from my yard, I created a couple square evergreen wreaths and one giant star wreath.
After the wreaths were completed, I hung them with a simple strand of ribbon.
The square wreaths were simple to make, but still have an elegant look.
The star wreath is large, but could easily be sized down by cutting the paints sticks. I plan on propping mine on my porch, so its large size works perfect for me.

These are pretty! Re the paint sticks from home dept, I found out recently that they don't appear to be giving them out anymore. They sell them now!! Is that cheesy or not?
