Make a Gift Bag Out of Wrapping Paper

2 Materials
When you have an unusual shaped gift you need to wrap, there is no need to head out and buy a special gift bag! You can make your own out of wrapping paper that will be just the right size and at a bargain price!
To make your gift bag you will begin by making sure your piece of wrapping paper is going to be large enough to cover your gift.
When you are sure you have enough paper, you will cut it and then fold over the edges so they appear finished to seal up the back of your bag.
Use double sided tape to seal the back of your bag together. Press down the folds at the corners of your bag well.
Fold over the bottom of your ‘bag’, again creasing the folds well.
Fold over the sides of the bottom part into triangles. This part gets difficult to follow in photos which is why I provided a video also. You can see the video on the blog linked below.
Fold over each side to form the bottom of your bag and secure with tape.
Stand it up and open your bag and you are ready to fill it and seal it! I fold mine over, punch two holes in the top and thread a pretty ribbon through. Tie a bow and you are ready to deliver your gift!
