SUPPLIES NOTE ON SALT: The salt can come in different forms. Some is more crystallized and icy looking, other types is more flaky like we used. All of it is safe as it can even be eaten. It will fall off your jar a bit. you can use a clear acrylic sealer if desired to help prevent this. ⚫Mason Jars, Any Size ⚫Epsom Salt, 1/4 cup per jar ⚫ Mod Podge ⚫Red Pom Poms ⚫ Brown String ⚫ Candle, real or Battery Operated on Timer ⚫ Clear Sealer (OPTIONAL to help seal on salt) ⚫Holly Pattern & Gift Tags FREE ON OUR SITE

Epsom salt comes in different textures. This is how mine looked. Place it in a cup ready to sprinkle.

I decided to use a pint size jar. I placed my jar over a paper plate for quick cleanup afterwards.

Working quickly, brush Mod Podge down the sides of your jar. You want an even, slightly heavy coat.

Make sure to bring it down around the curved part of your jar. Notice there are some extra heavy areas. I smoothed those out.

I had my Epsom salt ready in a cup and sprinkled it over my jar while turning it. A little goes a long way.

Dump the extra back in for another day, another jar.

Cut out your leaf pattern and trace your holly leaves.

Cut where shown and glue them together to make a curved effect.

Glue on three small red pom poms for berries.

Add in a real candle or battery operated candle and display!

These make wonderful gifts and we have three choices of beautiful tags including one that's a people we crafted. Choose which one you like and cut it out, add ribbon and attach.

Could I put homemade bath salts in these? How about something edible? Thanks for the help!
