Reclaimed Pallet Wood Dog House

A dog house with reclaimed wood from pallets and other old wood. I reused the nails from the pallets. I didn't want to do anything perfect, only a natural house for my dogs.

Buyed 3 pallets and started to dismount them

It's almost finished. Only the roof remains to be installed

I had some excess roof from a big wood house, so I used for this project

My son installing the soft floor for the dogs. For the roof I used old excess roof from a big wood house.

And this is the result. I only have to install asphalt in the roof, I will update the photos when be finish

If this will be in cold weather is there any way to add some insulation?

No question, but I wanted to share an idea that immediately came to me when I saw you (?) crouched inside the house. Could you install a hinge on the roof so that you could get in there? I don’t know how you did that part. Anyway, I love the idea, and I'm saving it! Thanks!
