Christmas Ornament On A Ribbon Diy

8 Materials
You can make such lovely Christmas ornaments just with cardboard, ribbon and glitter. I'm so excited to show you how to do this because it is so easy, budget friendly and so versatile in how you can hang them.
Draw on paper any Christmas image that you want then trace it on a cardboard. Cut that image out.
Apply a generous amount of Mod Podge.
Sprinkle glitter on the wet Mod Podge. When that totally dries, apply one coat of Mod Podge on the entire area where the glitter is just to seal it in place.
Use hot glue to attach the cut out on a wired ribbon.
Bend the ribbon wire to create a wavey effect. This gives texture and dimension to the craft. And you are done. Super easy!
If you want to get right on to the craft and you want to save time drawing your image, hop on to my blog to get a free template of a star, candy cane, Christmas tree and wreath with a bow. The link is below.
