Repurposing mink stoles - creative ideas?

I have 2 very fine and expensive in their day mink stoles. They were my two grandmas. Any ideas?

i had considered having teddy bears made of them for the grandkids but can't find anyone to do this.

What would/ have you all done with old stoles?

My good friend actually made chair cushions with mink. I was skeptical, but when I saw them, they actually looked great!

If you don't find ideas you like, wildlife rescues will use old furs for orphaned or abandoned animals during rehabilitation. And they take furs in any condition. http://www.wildliferescueleague.org/take_back_the_fur

I make teddy bears out of them and donate them to "Make a wish". They're very snuggly.

My mom made a mink teddy for me when I was in college. She could bear to toss them, so a mink teddy is among my unusual stuffed animals. She found a pattern, and just went from there. Have you taken them to a furrier to see if they can recommend a seamstress, or maybe wander around a craft fair to see if you can commission someone to make them for you.

I made throw pillows out of my mink stole. Cut two squares, (or any shape) - glue the edges together leaving enough space that you can use to fill the pillow.
