With Unicorn SPiT Gel Stain you can create really cool 3D canvas art with a press method and varying amounts of product.
Buy Unicorn SPiT at unicornspit.com
Add a thin layer of unicorn spit to the canvas then wipe down.
Add unicorn spit to canvas. I do differently for each canvas for more depth.
Press canvas together, add color and repeat until you get the desired coral effect.
Wrinkle and apply plastic wrap to areas you want more blended. I do this in different areas of the canvas to reveal an under water look.
Use Clear Polyeurethane spray to seal and prevent moisture and staining

Frequently asked questions
Have a question about this project?
I imagine it looks cool, just can't really tell from the zoomed in microscopic perspective. Could you please step back and show us how they look in place?
Not clear on the first wipe down? Do you just apply various colors?
This is lovely. However having never used spit paint. The steps aren't specific enough for me. Any chance there is a video tutorial? 🤷♀️ How did you press the canvas etc? How much paint needed? And so on. I'd really like to try this. I'm a 3d artist. Having used oils & acrylics.
Thanks so much 🙂 Bonnie
