Ok, the Christmas has passed and I’m sharing with you our Christmas gifts for grandparents, fridge magnet, which is also a tutorial how to transfer a photo onto a slice of wood.
Giving such a creative handmade gift is something that your parents will surely enjoy. When grandparents are asked can’t go wrong gifting a photo, especially when it’s as unique as this. ❤❤❤
It ends up to be one of the easiest and quickest gifts ever to make.
The photo transferred so cleanly and colorfully. This is one of the easiest projects I’ve made and it turned out even better than I was expecting.
Transferring any photos from paper to another surface is so much fun. All you’ll need is some transfer potch.
Once you know how to transfer photos to wood, you can make wonderful personalized gifts for the whole family!
You can also watch video tutorial on how to transfer photo on slice of wood.
You will need some slice of wood.
Paint it white. I used white acrylic paint.
Use laser print photo and cut it wood shape.
Apply photo transfer potch on slice of wood and photo.
Stick your photo on wood.
Press firmly to surface.
Let it dry overnight.
Wet paper, use wet sponge.
Slowly rub off paper using your finger.
Apply varnish to protect the surface.
Glue magnets and and you're done.

Merry Christmas!! ❤❤❤
