DIY toothpaste is number 2 in the list. I don’t use it all of the time, but I like to switch it out every now and then my store bought toothpaste. I am more concerned now with the chemicals I use. When I make use my DIY toothpaste, I know exactly what is in it.
For this DIY toothpaste, you’ll need some baking soda, coconut oil, mint oil, and optional sweetener like Stevia of Xylitol.

Gab a jar or container and get ready to make your own toothpaste!
In a jar or container, combine ½ cup softened coconut oil with 3 tablespoons of baking soda, 20 drops of mint oil, and optional sweetener such as stevia or xylitol.
