When I visited my son in Colorado I found a drawer full of phone chargers and more cords. I found a use for toilet paper rolls. I wrote what each cord was for and coiled them up and stuffed them in the rollers. I found a faster way in the Craft Store locally where I found a very large package of heavier colored rollers (18) and made gift packs of six and gave them on different occasion with instruction to place any cords in them . Example the cord for the Iron in the laundry room, the Coffee maker on the counter, the toaster and so many others. I help out with the kids at Summer camp and had the kids us markers and color on their rollers and give them to a parent. It tidies up so many places.
I make firestarters for camping/cabin. Keep a basket in your laundry room and stuff them with lint, as you clean your dryer. Then put in fire pit/stove/whatever, arrange your kindling around and light the lint. Guaranteed to start w/one match.
I do the same, stuff with lint for a fire starter, but I also take old candles and melt them down , then pour some on the cardboard. Store in a zip lock til ready to use.

Give them to your local pet shelter. They can stuff them with hay and give them to the bunnies.
